At Gender X Life, we're committed to your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes, an item just doesn't work out. That's why we offer a straightforward, hassle-free return policy.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased from our store. We believe this gives you enough time to know if the product meets your expectations.
Condition of Returns
Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@genderxlife.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item(s).
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by us. We believe in making the process as easy as possible for you.
